This indoor event features creative cross-cultural activities and performances to celebrate this special time of year. It provides a venue to showcase Shadbolt Centre for the Arts’ student performances in dance and music. Visitors will also enjoy a variety of popular hands-on opportunities, such as creating with clay and wreath-making. Spend time “creating” with your family and enjoy the special ambience of the season. Free.
“I was performing with my hip hop class and I was so nervous to go on, but once I finished my dance I was fine. We had to do a somersault in one of our dance moves and I thought I couldn’t do it because I was so scared, but I did it. It felt great that I had faced a fear like that.”
