How to Register
Register for any activity at any Burnaby Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services facility listed below, regardless of where the activity takes place.

To use the above registration method you will need:
a) Family PIN # (Personal Identification Number)
Families who have an account with Burnaby Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services have a number assigned to them. If you do not have one, or have lost or forgotten your PIN, please call or visit the Shadbolt Centre and we will be glad to set up an account for you.
b) Client Number
Each individual family member has a unique client number. This number is necessary for program registration. Family members not listed on your account can be added by calling or visiting the Shadbolt Centre.
c) Credit Card
Payment must be made on your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and you will need the 4-digit expiry date. Payment cannot be made using service credit points.

Fees
Course fees must be paid when you register.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,debit card, or personal cheques. (Cheques payable to the City of Burnaby).
Taxes are not included in fees.
Senior citizens (age 65 and older) receive a 25% discount off the adult price for registered courses. This does not apply to 55+ courses.
A 55+ membership ($14.48 per year) is required to take part in most 55+ courses and activities.
A $25.00 charge will be applied to all dishonoured cheque and credit card payments.
