How to Register
Register for any activity at any Burnaby Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services facility listed below, regardless of where the activity takes place. There are six easy ways to register.

To use the registration methods above, you will need:
a) Family PIN # (Personal Identification Number)
Families who have an account with Burnaby Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services have a number assigned to them. If you do not have one, or have lost or forgotten your PIN, please call or visit the Shadbolt Centre and we will be glad to set up an account for you.
b) Client Number
Each individual family member has a unique client number. This number is necessary for program registration. Family members not listed on your account can be added by calling or visiting the Shadbolt Centre.
c) Credit Card
Payment must be made on your credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and you will need the 4-digit expiry date. Payment cannot be made using service credit points.

Registration by fax is available at locations that have fax machines (click here for a list of locations). Payment must be made by VISA or MasterCard.
Fees
A $25.00 charge will be applied to all dishonoured cheque and credit card payments.
